These terms and conditions apply to everyone booking driving lessons Manchester or driving lessons in Cheshire with Bee Drive School of Motoring. They explain your rights and responsibilities when taking one-to-one lessons, intensive courses, or using our free mock theory tests. Please read them carefully before booking so you understand our fair cancellation policy and how we deliver professional, DVSA-approved instruction across the region.
1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Bee Drive website (beedrive.co.uk) and the driving instruction services provided by Bee Drive School of Motoring, Manchester. By using our website or booking a lesson you agree to these terms.
2. Lesson Bookings
Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Bee Drive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson in exceptional circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, vehicle breakdown), in which case we will offer an alternative slot at no extra charge.
3. Cancellation Policy
CriticalYou must give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate. Repeated late cancellations may result in termination of the booking relationship. This policy helps us keep lesson slots available for other learners across Manchester and Cheshire who are preparing for their DVSA practical test.
* Note: Standard cancellation windows enable instructors to allocate bookings fairly. Short-notice changes prevent other learners from getting lesson slots.
4. Pricing
Current prices are published on our Pricing page. Prices may change; any change will not affect confirmed bookings. Block bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a family member or friend within 6 months.
5. Learner Responsibilities
You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and bring it to every lesson. You must be medically fit to drive. You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. Our instructors cover real DVSA test routes in Manchester and Cheshire, so arriving on time helps you get the most from every driving lesson.
6. Instructor Conduct
All Bee Drive instructors are DVSA-approved and DBS-checked. If you have a concern about instructor conduct, please contact us at contact@beedrive.co.uk immediately.
7. Mock Theory Tests
Our online theory mock tests are for practice purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA. Results do not guarantee performance in the official theory test. All registered students get free unlimited access to our mock theory test platform as part of their driving lessons Manchester or Cheshire package. See the full details on our services page.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bee Drive's liability for any claim arising from driving instruction or use of the website is limited to the price paid for the relevant lesson(s). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
